Collectible Figurines - Fun and Profitable


Collectible figurines could be used for the purpose of being able to describe a theme or for simply playing a game. They are considered as miniatures and normally replicate a particular theme. The most popular amongst them are known to be the ones which are used for the chess game. They were made using porcelain, clay or wood back in the day. The modern collectible figurines -
1) Action figurine - It is known to be a character figurine which is based mainly on action movie, comics, video games or program characters of the television. They are most favourite amongst boys since they represent a sign of manliness as well as they are associated close with regard to public sphere. It is normally marketed for the purpose of children's toy but has been accepted as an item that adults would also collect. Examples of these action figurines are "thundercats", "transformers" etc.

3) Hummel figurines: These are known to be a series of figurines, which are mainly based on the illustrations of a German nun called Maria Hummel. These are basically based mostly on the paintings and the drawings of the children personally by this nun. Much of this art was done back in 1930, but many of them have also managed to be able to adopt a contemporary look.
4) Bobble heads - These are dolls, wobblers or nodders and is also one of a type of dolls. Their head is normally oversized compared to the rest of its body. Instead of having any type of solid connection, however. it is being connected with the help of a spring so that with just a tap the head starts to bobble and it is one of most the famous collectible figurines
